Payment Methods and Shipping

Payment

Whether you are out-of-town or wishing to have In-store Pick Up your paid order will be ready to ship/pick up within two business days.

You may safely place your order online using Visa, MasterCard or an EMT transfer.

If you have any questions on how to send an EMT payment to Digital Vapor for an order that you have placed, do not hesitate to give us a phone call at 604-503-6010 or email us at sales@digitalvapor.ca and we will be happy to guide you through the process.

For payments by EMT, submit payment to sales@digitalvapor.ca and please make the password: Vapor

Shipping

We ship through Canada Post.

If you are out-of-town, we will ship your paid order within two business days.

If you are local and wish to have In-store Pick-up, please pay online. We will not set items aside for you unless they are fully paid.

In order to meet the age verification requirements of our industry, Digital Vapor ships all products via Canada Post Age Verification. This is done to prevent the purchase of our products by underage individuals.

A tracking number and ESTIMATED date of delivery will be provided to you by Canada Post. Please do not contact us looking for your package until AFTER your package is late.

PLEASE NOTE:
Once your package shows as ‘Delivered’, we are no longer responsible for the package or its contents. If you did not receive your package and the Canada Post site shows as ‘Delivered’, please contact your nearest postal outlet and request an investigation as to its location.
